If you are inside the city of Jeddah:
- When you want to replace the damaged product, our team will send the new products with one of our representatives and replace them for you as soon as possible.
- In the event of a desire to return and after fulfilling all conditions, one of our representatives will receive the products from you as soon as possible.
- Our team will ask you to provide them with your bank account details
- The amount will be transferred to your bank account within 10 working days of receiving the returned products.
Replacement and return shipping cost inside and outside Jeddah:
- In the event that the error was unintended by us, we bear the cost of shipping and delivery, and the customer does not bear any additional costs.
- Replacement or return at the request of the customer, the customer will bear all shipping and delivery costs.
